MaxxECU SPORT 3-Meter Flying-Lead Wiring Harness
MaxxECU SPORT 3-Meter Flying-Lead Wiring Harness
MaxxECU SPORT 3-Meter Flying-Lead Wiring Harness
Part Number: 1915
The MaxxECU SPORT flying-lead harness provides the main wiring interface between a MaxxECU SPORT ECU and the engine, sensors, ignition system, injectors, electronic throttle, power distribution, and supporting vehicle systems.
The harness is manufactured with thin-wall automotive wire and printed circuit identification to simplify routing, termination, and troubleshooting during a custom installation. The ECU connector is pre-terminated, while the application side is left unterminated so the harness can be built around the specific engine and vehicle configuration.
Key Features
- Designed specifically for the MaxxECU SPORT ECU
- Approximately 3-meter conductor length
- Pre-terminated MaxxECU SPORT ECU connector
- Flying-lead construction for custom engine and vehicle installations
- Thin-wall automotive-grade wire
- Printed circuit identification along the individual conductors
- Provides wiring for the SPORT ECU’s:
- Injector and ignition channels
- Crankshaft and camshaft inputs
- Analog and temperature inputs
- Digital inputs
- General-purpose outputs
- Electronic-throttle motor outputs
- CAN bus
- Integrated wideband-lambda connection
- ECU power and grounds
Application Notes
- This harness is intended for universal custom wiring. Engine-side sensor, injector, ignition-coil, throttle, relay, power-distribution, and auxiliary connectors are not supplied unless specifically shown as included.
- The harness is designed for the MaxxECU SPORT connector and pinout. It is not a universal replacement harness for other MaxxECU models.
- Confirm the ECU hardware revision and use the corresponding current MaxxECU SPORT wiring diagram before terminating the harness.
- Harness construction varies by revision:
- REV1 uses mostly 3-meter conductors and includes a pre-terminated GT150 auxiliary connector.
- REV2 uses 3-meter conductors throughout and does not include a pre-attached GT150 auxiliary connector.
- Shielded crank, cam, and wideband wiring should be terminated and grounded according to MaxxECU’s published wiring instructions.
- The sensor-ground circuit must remain isolated from chassis ground and connected only as specified in the MaxxECU wiring documentation.
- Relays, fuses, sensor connectors, injector connectors, ignition-coil connectors, wideband sensor connector, and other application-specific termination components are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
Emissions and Competition-Use Notice
