Haltech NEXUS Rebel LS Multec 2 Injector Sub-Harness

Part Number: HT-186503

The Haltech HT-186503 injector sub-harness connects 8 Multec 2-style fuel injectors to the injector breakout connector on the NEXUS Rebel LS main terminated harness.

It allows an existing Rebel LS installation to use injectors with Multec 2 electrical connectors—or to convert from EV1 or EV6 injector connectors—without cutting or modifying the main engine harness.

Key Features

  • Connects 8 Multec 2-style fuel injectors
  • Plugs directly into the injector breakout connector on the HT-186500 Rebel LS main terminated harness
  • Fully terminated and labeled injector connectors
  • Allows injector-connector changes without modifying the main harness
  • Direct replacement for a damaged or missing Rebel LS Multec 2 injector sub-harness
  • Plug-and-play with the NEXUS Rebel LS terminated-harness system

Application Notes

  • Designed specifically for the NEXUS Rebel LS terminated-harness system.
  • Requires the HT-186500 Rebel LS main terminated harness.
  • Does not connect directly to a factory GM engine harness or universal ECU harness.
  • Intended for injectors using Multec 2-style electrical connectors.
  • Confirm the injector connector type before ordering; EV1, EV6, and Multec 2 sub-harnesses are separate products.
  • Injector connector style does not determine injector impedance, flow rate, or calibration data. Confirm that the injectors meet the ECU’s electrical requirements and enter the correct injector characterization in Haltech NSP.
  • When used with the NEXUS Rebel LS ECU, fuel injectors must be high impedance.
  • Injectors, ECU, and main engine harness are not included.
