Haltech NEXUS Rebel LS EV6 Injector Sub-Harness

Part Number: HT-186502

The Haltech HT-186502 injector sub-harness connects 8 EV6-style fuel injectors to the injector breakout connector on the NEXUS Rebel LS main terminated harness.

It is the standard injector harness supplied with the Gen IV Rebel LS kit and can also be used to convert an existing Rebel LS installation from EV1 or Multec 2 injector connectors without cutting or modifying the main engine harness.

Key Features

  • Connects 8 EV6-style fuel injectors
  • Plugs directly into the injector breakout connector on the HT-186500 Rebel LS main terminated harness
  • Fully terminated and labeled injector connectors
  • Allows injector-connector changes without modifying the main harness
  • Direct replacement for a damaged or missing Gen IV Rebel LS injector sub-harness
  • Supplied as standard with the HT-220204 NEXUS Rebel LS Gen IV kit

Application Notes

  • Designed specifically for the NEXUS Rebel LS terminated-harness system.
  • Requires the HT-186500 Rebel LS main terminated harness.
  • Does not connect directly to a factory GM engine harness or universal ECU harness.
  • Intended for injectors using EV6-style electrical connectors.
  • Confirm the injector connector type before ordering; EV1, EV6, and Multec 2 sub-harnesses are separate products.
  • Injector connector style does not determine injector impedance or calibration data. Confirm that the injectors meet the ECU’s electrical requirements and enter the correct injector characterization in Haltech NSP.
  • When used with the NEXUS Rebel LS ECU, fuel injectors must be high impedance.
  • Injectors, ECU, and main engine harness are not included.
