Garrett Boost | Club Line GBC37-900 67mm Turbocharger — Select Turbine Housing
Part Number: 913840-5002S
The Garrett Boost | Club Line GBC37-900 is a standard-rotation, journal-bearing turbocharger platform rated by Garrett for 450–900 horsepower and 2.0- to 5.5-liter engine applications. Its 67/84 mm forged and fully machined compressor wheel is paired with a 73/65 mm Inconel turbine wheel, providing substantial airflow in a comparatively affordable, serviceable package.
The GBC37-900 uses GTX Gen II-derived compressor aerodynamics, an extended-tip compressor-wheel design, a modern gasoline-performance turbine stage, and Garrett’s latest-generation journal-bearing rotating group with a 360-degree thrust bearing. Garrett publishes compressor capability of up to approximately 87 lb/min and a pressure ratio of up to 4.0.
This product is configured by selecting one of three compatible genuine Garrett turbine-housing kits. Available configurations include 0.82 A/R open T3, 0.82 A/R open T4, and 0.95 A/R divided T4 turbine housings. Each housing uses a 90 mm / 3.5-inch V-band turbine outlet and requires an external wastegate.
A supercore-only option is also available for customers who already have a compatible standard-rotation Garrett GBC37 turbine housing. The 0.82 A/R open T4 housing is the recommended RAD default for conventional non-divided T4 exhaust manifolds.

Application Notes
- The 0.82 A/R open T4 housing is the recommended default for conventional non-divided T4 exhaust manifolds.
- The 0.82 A/R open T3 housing provides the same nominal A/R with a T3 inlet footprint.
- The 0.95 A/R divided T4 housing is intended for a properly divided manifold that preserves exhaust-pulse separation to the turbine inlet.
- A divided housing should not be selected solely on the assumption that twin-scroll construction is inherently superior.
- All three listed turbine housings are externally wastegated and require a separate wastegate, wastegate springs, boost-control plumbing, and any electronic boost-control hardware.
- Every housed configuration uses Garrett supercore part number 913840-5002S.
- The selected turbine kit includes the housing connection components and gasket kit supplied by Garrett; mating exhaust-manifold and downpipe flanges are not included.
- The turbine-outlet weld flange and V-band clamp are not included.
- The turbine-inlet gasket or weld flange, as applicable, is not included unless specifically added to the order.
- Oil-feed fitting, oil-feed line, oil-drain fitting, oil-drain flange, and oil-drain line are not included.
- External wastegate, intake plumbing, charge piping, intercooler, exhaust manifold, downpipe, heat-management components, and application-specific installation hardware are not included.
- This is an oil-cooled journal-bearing turbocharger; no coolant plumbing is required.
- This is a universal performance turbocharger and is not supplied as a vehicle-specific installation kit.
- Garrett’s horsepower rating represents potential flywheel horsepower calculated from compressor-map choke flow. Actual output depends on engine airflow, fuel, boost pressure, exhaust backpressure, engine speed, intercooling, and tune.
- Final turbocharger and turbine-housing selection should account for engine displacement, intended power, torque target, exhaust-manifold design, duty cycle, packaging, and desired response.
