Fuel Injector Clinic 1650cc High-Z Injector Set — Toyota Supra 2JZ-GTE
Part Number: IS145-1650H & PGTJETR6Q
Fuel Injector Clinic’s IS145-1650H is a six-injector, top-feed set for Toyota Supra 2JZ-GTE applications using an appropriate top-feed fuel-rail conversion. Each injector is a 1650 cc/min saturated/high-impedance ball-and-seat unit, providing substantial fuel capacity while retaining the short-pulse-width control required for good idle and low-load drivability.
FIC individually serial numbers and matches the injectors using its Data Match Technology. The supplied data documents injector flow and latency characteristics for calibration rather than relying on a generic nominal injector value. FIC rates its injectors at 43.5 psi (3 bar) differential fuel pressure and 90°F fuel temperature using CF-16B calibration fluid.
The 1650cc injector uses stainless-alloy internal valve construction and is compatible with pump gasoline, E85, Q16, VP Import, FTW, and other MTBE-oxygenated race fuels. This makes the 1650H particularly useful in high-output gasoline and ethanol applications where a large injector is required without moving to a low-impedance injector.

Application Notes
- IS145-series injectors are intended for the Supra 2JZ-GTE top-feed conversion architecture. They are not a direct replacement for the original side-feed injectors in the stock 2JZ-GTE fuel rail.
- Use a fuel rail and manifold-bung arrangement designed for the IS145-series injector geometry. Fuel Injector Clinic offers dedicated Supra 2JZ-GTE top-feed rail systems for this injector family.
- When converting a factory low-impedance Supra injector circuit to these high-impedance injectors, the factory injector resistor-pack circuit must be addressed appropriately. FIC offers a Supra resistor-pack delete plug for this purpose.
- The plug-and-play wiring adapters address only the electrical connector interface; they do not replace the required mechanical top-feed fuel-rail conversion.
- Final injector characterization, fuel-pressure configuration, dead-time data, and ECU setup should use the current Fuel Injector Clinic data supplied for the exact injector set and ECU platform.
- For aftermarket rails or nonstandard intake-manifold configurations, verify injector height, seal diameter, and installed geometry before ordering.
