The Fuel Injector Clinic ISC-1650H-8 is a configurable set of eight 1650cc high-impedance fuel injectors for custom top-feed applications. Unlike FIC’s vehicle-specific injector sets, this custom set allows the injector height and upper and lower O-ring diameters to be selected to match the fuel rail, intake manifold, and injector pocket dimensions of the application.
The set includes eight solder-in injector pigtails. For the standard 1650cc Jetronic/EV1 electrical configuration, the included eight-piece pigtail set is Fuel Injector Clinic part number PGTJETR8Q. Each injector is individually serial numbered and the set is matched using FIC’s Data Match Technology.
FIC rates each 1650cc injector at 1650 cc/min at 43.5 psi / 3 bar. The 1650cc high-impedance injector uses stainless-alloy valve construction and is compatible with pump gasoline, E85, Q16, VP Import, FTW, and other MTBE oxygenated race fuels. Its high-impedance design avoids the need for a separate peak-and-hold injector driver while retaining the short-pulse-width control required for stable idle and drivability when the ECU is configured with the correct injector characterization data.

Configuration Notes
- Measure the required injector height from O-ring to O-ring and confirm both upper and lower injector-bore diameters before ordering.
- Fuel Injector Clinic offers 64mm, 53mm, and 38mm nominal-height configurations with multiple upper and lower O-ring combinations.
- FIC’s current default catalog configuration is shown as product code 1650-64-11-14-8, representing an eight-injector 1650cc set in the corresponding dimensional configuration.
- The custom injector set includes solder-in pigtails. The standard eight-piece Jetronic quick-release pigtail set is PGTJETR8Q.
- Because ISC-1650H-8 is a custom-fit product, do not order solely by engine family or vehicle model. Injector length and both O-ring interfaces must be verified against the actual fuel rail and intake manifold.
- Use FIC-supplied injector characterization and latency data rather than generic 1650cc injector values.
- Fuel pumps, fuel-pressure regulator, fuel rails, filters, feed and return plumbing, ECU, ECU configuration, and tuning are not included.
- This product is a port-fuel-injector set and is not a direct-injection injector replacement.
