Fuel Injector Clinic 1200cc High-Z Injector Set — Toyota Supra 2JZ-GTE

Part Numbers: IS145-1200H & PGTJETR6Q

The Fuel Injector Clinic IS145-1200H is a six-injector top-feed set for Toyota Supra 2JZ-GTE applications. FIC’s standard product configuration is IS145-1200H & PGTJETR6Q, which includes six Jetronic quick-release solder-in pigtails. For customers who prefer to retain the original injector-harness connectors, FIC also offers the PADPJtoD6 plug-and-play adapter set.

Each injector is rated at 1200 cc/min at FIC’s standard 43.5 psi / 3 bar test pressure. The injectors use a saturated / high-impedance ball-and-seat design and are approximately 20 percent larger in nominal flow than FIC’s 1000cc injector for this application. FIC previously sold this injector set under part number IS145-1100H.

The set is matched using Fuel Injector Clinic’s Data Match Technology. Each injector is individually serial numbered, and the supplied Data Match Sheet provides the measured matching results and latency information needed for accurate ECU configuration. FIC also emphasizes short-pulse-width control and drivability with correct injector characterization.

Technical Specifications

Flow and Test Conditions

  • Nominal injector size: 1200 cc/min
  • Flow rating: 1200 cc/min per injector at 43.5 psi / 3 bar
  • FIC test pressure: 43.5 psi / 3 bar
  • FIC test fuel temperature: 90°F
  • FIC calibration fluid: CF-16B
  • FIC does not publish a separate 4-bar flow figure on the current IS145-1200H product page

Electrical and Mechanical Configuration

  • Injector type: saturated / high impedance
  • Injector construction: ball and seat
  • Quantity: six injectors
  • Feed configuration: top feed
  • Injector connector: Jetronic / EV1
  • Factory harness interface: Denso-style connector
  • Standard wiring configuration: IS145-1200H & PGTJETR6Q
  • Optional plug-and-play wiring configuration: IS145-1200H & PADPJtoD6
  • Exact injector body length is not published by FIC on the current product page

Fuel Compatibility

  • Gasoline
  • E85
  • For specialty oxygenated or racing fuels, verify compatibility with Fuel Injector Clinic for this specific 1200cc injector construction before use

Injector Matching and ECU Data

  • Matched using Fuel Injector Clinic Data Match Technology
  • Each injector individually serial numbered
  • Data Match Sheet supplied with matching and latency information
  • Correct injector characterization must be entered into the ECU for proper fueling, idle quality, transient response, and drivability

Available Wiring Configurations

  • Solder-In Pigtails — IS145-1200H & PGTJETR6Q: FIC’s standard configuration. Includes six Jetronic quick-release pigtails for replacing the original injector connectors on the engine harness.
  • Plug-and-Play Stock-Harness Adapters — IS145-1200H & PADPJtoD6: uses six Jetronic / EV1-female to Denso-male adapters, allowing connection to the factory-style harness without cutting or soldering the original injector wiring.

Application Notes

  • Fuel Injector Clinic lists IS145-1200H specifically for Toyota Supra 2JZ-GTE top-feed applications.
  • This injector set was previously sold as IS145-1100H.
  • FIC recommends removal or bypass of the factory injector resistor pack when installing this high-impedance injector set. FIC offers the PLRESSUP resistor-pack delete plug separately for Toyota Supra 2JZ-GTE applications.
  • The standard IS145-1200H & PGTJETR6Q configuration requires replacing the existing injector connectors with the included solder-in pigtails.
  • The optional IS145-1200H & PADPJtoD6 configuration retains the factory harness connectors by using plug-and-play adapters.
  • Use FIC-supplied injector characterization and latency data rather than generic 1200cc injector values.
  • Fuel pumps, fuel-pressure regulator, fuel rail, filters, feed and return plumbing, ECU, ECU configuration, and tuning are not included.
  • FIC supplies the O-rings required for the listed factory application. Aftermarket or unusual rail and manifold combinations should be checked for injector fitment before ordering.
  • This is a port-fuel-injector set and is not a direct-injection injector replacement.
