Fuel Injector Clinic 1200cc High-Z Injector Set — LS3 / LS7 / LSA / L76 / L92 / L99
Part Numbers: IS303-1200H & PGTJETR8Q
The Fuel Injector Clinic IS303-1200H is an application-specific set of eight high-impedance injectors for LS3, LS7, LSA, L76, L92, and L99 engines. FIC rates each injector at 1200 cc/min and 110 lb/hr at its standard 3-bar test pressure of 43.5 psi. At the GM OE 4-bar / 58 psi fuel pressure used for these applications, FIC rates each injector at approximately 1350 cc/min and 130 lb/hr.
This injector set is mechanically configured for the listed GM applications and uses Jetronic/EV1 injector electrical connections. Because the factory harness uses the later USCAR/EV6-style connection, FIC supplies a set of eight solder-in Jetronic quick-release pigtails with the standard configuration. For installations where cutting and soldering the original vehicle harness is not desired, FIC offers a plug-and-play adapter set that converts the Jetronic/EV1 injector connection to the factory USCAR/EV6 harness connection.
FIC’s 1200cc high-impedance injector combines substantial fuel capacity with short-pulse-width control intended to support stable idle, transient fueling, and street drivability when the ECU is configured with the correct injector characterization data. Fuel Injector Clinic identifies its high-impedance injector range as suitable for both gasoline and E85 applications.
Each injector is individually serial numbered and matched using Fuel Injector Clinic’s Data Match Technology. The supplied Data Match Sheet provides measured flow-matching and latency information, and FIC provides plug-and-play GM ECU injector data through its technical-data library. This injector was previously sold by FIC under the IS303-1100H designation.

- Correct injector characterization must be entered into the ECU for proper fueling, idle quality, transient response, and drivability
Available Wiring Configurations
- Solder-In Pigtails — PGTJETR8Q: set of eight Jetronic quick-release injector plugs with pigtails. This is FIC’s standard wiring configuration for IS303-1200H and requires replacing the original injector connectors on the vehicle harness.
- Plug-and-Play Harness Adapters — PADPJtoU8: set of eight Jetronic/EV1-female to USCAR/EV6-male adapters. This option connects the injectors to the factory harness without cutting or soldering the vehicle wiring.
Application Notes
- Fuel Injector Clinic lists IS303-1200H for LS3, LS7, LSA, L76, L92, and L99 engines. Confirm the intake manifold, fuel rail, and injector configuration before ordering when the engine uses aftermarket induction components.
- The 1200cc rating is measured at 43.5 psi / 3 bar. The same injector flows approximately 1350 cc/min and 130 lb/hr at the GM OE 58 psi / 4 bar fuel pressure.
- Injector flow changes with differential fuel pressure. Fuel-system sizing should be based on actual regulated differential pressure and fuel type rather than the nominal 1200cc designation alone.
- These injectors use Jetronic/EV1 electrical connections and therefore require either the supplied solder-in pigtails or the optional plug-and-play USCAR/EV6 harness adapters.
- These injectors require appropriate ECU characterization. Use the FIC-supplied flow, latency, and characterization data rather than generic injector values.
- Fuel pumps, fuel-pressure regulator, fuel rails, filters, feed and return lines, ECU configuration, and other fuel-system components are not included.
- FIC supplies the O-rings required for the listed factory application. Aftermarket rails, intake manifolds, or unusual injector mounting arrangements may require different seals, spacers, or fitment hardware.
- This product is a port-fuel-injector set and is not a direct-injection injector replacement.
- IS303-1200H is the standard 1200cc version and should not be confused with FIC’s separately cataloged IS303-1200H-D injector set.
