The BorgWarner AirWerks S363 SX-E combines a 62.99 mm forged-milled compressor wheel with a 76.20/67.56 mm turbine wheel in a durable, serviceable journal-bearing turbocharger platform. Its S300SX-E architecture provides substantial airflow, flexible turbine-housing selection, and straightforward external-wastegate integration for high-performance street, restomod, and competition applications.

This product is configured by selecting one of the compatible genuine BorgWarner T4 turbine housings listed below. When a turbine housing is selected, the package includes the 13009097006 supercore, the selected BorgWarner turbine housing, and the turbine-housing mounting hardware supplied with the supercore.

A supercore-only option is also available for customers who already have a compatible BorgWarner 76/68 mm S300 turbine housing.

The 0.88 A/R open-flow housing is the recommended default for conventional non-divided exhaust manifolds. The 0.91 and 1.00 A/R twin-flow housings are intended for properly divided manifolds that preserve exhaust-pulse separation to the turbine inlet.

Application Notes

• The 0.88 A/R open-flow housing is the recommended default for conventional non-divided exhaust manifolds.
• The 0.91 and 1.00 A/R twin-flow housings are intended for divided manifolds that maintain exhaust-pulse separation.
• A divided turbine housing should not be selected solely on the assumption that twin-scroll construction is inherently superior.
• All listed turbine housings are non-wastegated and require an appropriately sized external wastegate.
• Every housed variant uses BorgWarner supercore part number 13009097006.
• The compressor-speed sensor is not included.
• The turbine-outlet flange and clamp are not included.
• The optional compressor-outlet V-band adapter is not included.
• Oil-feed fittings, oil-feed line, oil-drain fitting, and oil-drain line are not included.
• External wastegate, wastegate springs, boost-control plumbing, and electronic boost-control components are not included.
